Our current matchbox packages include bespoke artwork and a digital proof. Prices include VAT; confirm the delivery charge for your destination before payment.

For foil, unusual formats or other specialist specifications, request a separate quote before paying. Package prices do not confirm every possible custom finish.
Separate design time from delivery time
Your commission moves through a brief, artwork, a digital proof, approval, production and dispatch. Courier transit time begins after dispatch. It does not include drawing, revisions or making the boxes.
Before payment, send your wedding date, destination and postcode, quantity and chosen finish. Ask the studio to confirm a suitable schedule. There is no single guaranteed turnaround for every bespoke commission.
Delivering to the UK or the United States
Commissions are dispatched from London. Ask which tracked service suits your address, what delivery will cost, and whether your event date can be accommodated before you pay.
For international delivery, allow for customs handling as well as transit. Local duties and taxes may apply and are separate from the product price. Check the shipping policy and your final Stripe total.
Choose enough for the way you will use them
For a matchbox at each place setting, start with the guest count. For a bar display or shared tables, plan around the number of places where guests can take one. Add any keepsakes or styling pieces to your requested quantity.
If the date is close, check availability before payment. A date entered in a brief is a request until the studio confirms the schedule.
