Paying in pounds
Checkout is in pounds sterling through Stripe. Your card provider converts the amount at its own rate. Our page for weddings in the United States shows an approximate dollar figure at the day’s rate, as a guide.
Customs and delivery
Commissions are dispatched from London with tracked delivery by DHL, UPS or FedEx. Standard customs clearance charges are included in the price you pay, so there is no separate delivery or customs payment at checkout or when the parcel arrives.
You can have the boxes delivered to your home, your planner or the venue. Include a contact name, and let us know if the venue only receives deliveries at certain times.
Timing
Share your wedding date and destination before you pay. The studio confirms the dispatch window before production begins, and courier transit time starts only after dispatch. If the date is close, ask about a rush order before ordering.
The proof, wherever you are
The whole design process happens by email. You receive a digital proof, ask for changes as often as you need, and approve it before anything is printed. There is no need to be in London at any point.
