Will I see my design before it is printed?
Yes. We send a digital proof for you to review. Unlimited design revisions are included before approval, so we can refine the artwork together. Production begins only once you approve the final design.
When will my artwork and matchboxes be ready?
Most commissions are ready in around three weeks from the moment you approve the artwork. Larger quantities can take a little longer, and a simple design can be quicker. We confirm your production and dispatch window before work begins.
If your date is closer than that, please tell us before ordering. We can often move faster, and same-day delivery within London can sometimes be arranged. Tell us your date
Can I send my own drawing or a reference?
Of course. Add your names, date and ideas in the personalisation box, and attach a JPG, PNG or WEBP reference up to 5 MB. For existing artwork, tell us what you would like to use and we’ll check its suitability for print with you.
Can you deliver to my country?
We send commissions worldwide from London with DHL, UPS or FedEx. Ask us to confirm availability and timing for your destination, especially for a fixed event date. Local duties and taxes may apply. Read delivery information
