How it works in the UK.
- i.Send the brief
Your date, the venue, your names and the quantity. A photograph of the venue, the invitation or a favourite motif is the best starting point.
- ii.Approve the proof
We draw the artwork and send a digital proof. Revisions are unlimited, and nothing is printed until you approve.
- iii.Delivered to your door
Tracked with DHL, UPS or FedEx to your home, your planner or the venue. Delivery is included in the price.
- iv.Timing, confirmed
Most commissions are ready in around three weeks from approval. We confirm the dispatch window before production begins.

Before you commission.
How far ahead should we order?
Most commissions are ready in around three weeks from approval. If your date is closer than that, tell us before ordering. We can often move faster, and same-day delivery within London can sometimes be arranged.
Is delivery included in the UK?
Yes. The price shown is delivered to your door in the UK, with tracking. There is no separate postage charge.
Can you send the matchboxes to the venue or our planner?
Yes. Give us the delivery address and a contact name when you send your brief, and tell us if the venue has receiving hours.
Can we see the paper first?
Yes. The Sample Folio is £35, and the £35 comes back on your order.
