Production and dispatch

Because our pieces are made to order, each one is drawn, proofed and made after you order. Standard delivery takes about three weeks from your order, including the drawing, the digital proof and tracked delivery, and is included in the price. These timings assume the proof is approved promptly; very large quantities can take longer, and we tell you before work begins if so.

If you need your pieces sooner, choose Express delivery (about two weeks, £75) or Priority delivery (about one week, £175) on the payment page. For a date closer than one week, please tell us before ordering; same-day delivery within London can sometimes be arranged.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. If your order is for an event or launch, please tell us the date at the beginning of the project so we can confirm a suitable schedule.

Worldwide delivery

Standard delivery is included in the price shown. We send commissions from London to destinations worldwide with FedEx, UPS and DHL, and the most suitable carrier is selected for the destination, timing and scale of each order. The only delivery charges are for Express or Priority, if you choose one at checkout.

In the UK, the price shown is delivered to your door. In the United States, the price shown includes delivery to your door and US import duties, so there is nothing more to pay on arrival. For orders sent elsewhere outside the UK, delivery is included but customs duties, import taxes and any clearance fees charged in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient, and are usually collected by the courier on arrival.

Addresses and parcels

Please check the delivery address carefully when ordering. If something needs to change, contact the studio as soon as possible. Once a parcel has been dispatched, an address change may no longer be possible.

If a parcel is delayed or arrives damaged, write to info@laldie.com. We will review the details with you and, where appropriate, work with the courier to find the clearest resolution.
