Depending on the destination and timing of your order, we arrange delivery with FedEx, UPS or DHL and share the tracking details once your parcel leaves the studio.
01Production and dispatch
Because our pieces are made to order, production begins after the artwork and specification have been approved. Most commissions are ready in around three weeks from approval. Larger quantities can take a little longer and a simple design can be quicker, so your expected production and dispatch window is confirmed with you before work begins.
If your date is closer than three weeks, please tell us before ordering. We can often move faster, and same-day delivery within London can sometimes be arranged.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. If your order is for an event or launch, please tell us the date at the beginning of the project so we can confirm a suitable schedule.
Worldwide delivery
We send commissions from London to destinations worldwide with FedEx, UPS and DHL. The most suitable carrier is selected for the destination, timing and scale of each order.
International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes or customs charges. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Addresses and parcels
Please check the delivery address carefully when ordering. If something needs to change, contact the studio as soon as possible. Once a parcel has been dispatched, an address change may no longer be possible.
If a parcel is delayed or arrives damaged, write to info@laldie.com. We will review the details with you and, where appropriate, work with the courier to find the clearest resolution.
