Drawn from life.
Made for yours.

The Laldie began in London in 2023, bringing together interior design, illustration and a love of objects that make a setting feel personal.

Since then, the studio has created hundreds of thousands of matchboxes for thousands of events, alongside thousands of bespoke paper pieces for private celebrations and global brands around the world.

How far in advance should we order wedding matchboxes?+

Share your celebration date at the beginning. We will consider artwork, proofing, production and delivery together, then confirm the clearest schedule for your order.

How many matchboxes will we need?+

For one at every place setting, begin with your guest count and add a few for styling, suppliers and keepsakes. For shared tables or the bar, fewer may be enough.

How do artwork approvals work?+

Nothing moves into production until the digital proof feels right. Revisions are handled directly, with one clear point of contact throughout.

Can the design follow our invitation or venue?+

Yes. Send a photograph, invitation, monogram or palette as a reference. We will translate it carefully to the scale and materials of the piece.

Can you manage larger or repeat orders?+

Yes. Larger and repeat runs are scheduled individually, with consistency across artwork, colour and finish. Practical timings are confirmed once the specification is clear.

Do you deliver internationally?+

We do. Each order is packed with care, and the delivery plan is considered around your destination, launch or event date.

TIME-SENSITIVE COMMISSIONS

Shorter dates are considered individually by the studio.
