A simple record of how a commission moves from an idea to a finished piece.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “the studio” mean The Laldie Limited. You can reach us at info@laldie.com.
Each bespoke order is based on the description, quantity, timing and finish agreed with the studio. Please review names, dates, addresses and supplied artwork carefully before approving a proof.
Production begins only after the required approval and payment. Changes requested after approval may affect timing and cost, and may not always be possible.
You confirm that you have permission to use any logo, photograph, illustration, wording or other material supplied to us. Original artwork created by The Laldie remains our intellectual property unless a separate written transfer has been agreed.
We will ask before sharing confidential or embargoed work. If a project must remain private, please tell us at the beginning of the commission.
We take care to make each order in line with the approved specification. Natural paper, printing and handcrafted processes may create slight variations between pieces.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. Questions about an order may be sent to info@laldie.com.
