Your date, the venue, your names and the quantity. A photograph of the villa or the view is the best starting point.
- ii.Approve the proof
We draw the artwork and send a digital proof. Revisions are unlimited, and nothing is printed until you approve.
- iii.Delivered to Italy
Tracked with DHL, UPS or FedEx to your home, your planner or the venue. Standard customs charges are already paid.
- iv.Timing, confirmed
We confirm the dispatch window before production begins, so the boxes arrive before you travel.

You pay in pounds sterling. The euro figures are a guide at today’s rate; your bank sets the final amount.

Before you commission.
Will there be customs or import charges in Italy?
Standard customs clearance charges are included in the price you pay. There is no separate delivery or customs payment at checkout or when the parcel arrives.
Can you send the matchboxes to the venue or our planner?
Yes. Give us the delivery address and a contact name when you send your brief, and tell us if the venue has receiving hours.
Do I pay in euros?
Checkout is in pounds sterling. The euro figures on this page are an approximate guide at today’s rate; your card provider sets the final amount.
Can the wording be in Italian?
Yes. Send the wording exactly as you would like it to read, including accents, and check it carefully on the digital proof.
