Paid securely on Stripe’s page, where you give your delivery address and choose the delivery speed. In the UK, delivered to your door; outside the UK and the United States any customs duties are paid by the recipient. Personalised pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
Illustrated paper napkins for weddings and events, drawn by hand in our London studio with names, a monogram, a place or a small detail of your own. A digital proof comes first; nothing is printed until you approve it.

Your design is developed around the palette and atmosphere of the occasion. Monograms, illustrations, short stories and meaningful details can all become part of the composition.
The artwork is refined for the scale and texture of the napkin, preserving clarity without losing the character of the original drawing.
A proof is shared before production. Standard orders are prepared with a five business day production aim once artwork has been approved.
How it works
- You add this to your basket and pay securely by card on Stripe’s page, where your delivery address is asked. Card details are never stored by us.
- The studio draws your artwork and sends a digital proof by email.
- You ask for changes until it is right. Nothing is printed before your approval.
- Your production and dispatch window is confirmed before work begins; delivery dates are estimates.
- Your parcel is sent with tracking by DHL, UPS or FedEx.
If your date is close, choose it under Delivery above and the studio will confirm before you pay.
Delivery and returns
Standard delivery is included in the price; Express and Priority can be chosen at payment. We send worldwide from London with tracking by DHL, UPS or FedEx. In the UK the parcel is delivered to your door, and for the United States US import duties are included; elsewhere any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the recipient.
Because each piece is made for you alone, personalised orders cannot usually be returned. That does not affect your legal rights if a piece arrives faulty, damaged or different from the artwork you approved: write to info@laldie.com with a photograph and we will put it right.

Questions
What does the price include?
The bespoke artwork, a digital proof with unlimited revisions, production and delivery. In the UK the price is delivered to your door, and for the United States US import duties are included as well; elsewhere any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the recipient.
Can the napkins match our matchboxes?
Yes. They can carry the same drawing as your matchboxes. Order both together from the matchboxes page, or mention your matchbox order in your idea.
Can I send my own design?
Yes. Choose “My print-ready design”: 100 napkins from your finished file are £225, with a file check, a standard layout proof and standard delivery. Other quantities from your own file are quoted. A finished file at the size of the piece: PDF with outlined text, or a PNG or JPG of at least 300 dpi at print size, with 3 mm bleed on every edge. A photograph or a small logo from a website is not print ready. For foil, the foil area must be a separate solid black layer. The studio checks every file before the proof.
Is Airlaid the same as linen?
No. Airlaid is a soft, linen-like paper napkin, not woven linen. Airlaid and premium tissue are quoted by the studio.
Do you send outside the United Kingdom?
Yes, we deliver worldwide from London, with tracking by DHL, UPS or FedEx. Delivery is included. US import duties are included for the United States; elsewhere outside the UK any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the recipient.
