Each one can be made yours: a monogram, your names and a date, a logo or a small drawing by the studio. Tell us the finish, the quantity and your idea, and the studio replies with a quote and a proof.

How it works

- The studio replies by email with a quote and the clearest route to your date.
- The artwork is drawn and a digital proof is sent. You ask for changes until it is right.
- Nothing is made before your approval. Your production and dispatch window is confirmed before work begins.
- Your parcel is sent with tracking by DHL, UPS or FedEx.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is included in every quote. We send worldwide from London with tracking by DHL, UPS or FedEx. In the UK the parcel is delivered to your door; outside the UK any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the recipient.
Because each piece is made for you alone, personalised orders cannot usually be returned. That does not affect your legal rights if a piece arrives faulty, damaged or different from the artwork you approved: write to info@laldie.com with a photograph and we will put it right.

Can the metal matchboxes be personalised?
Yes. Each order can carry a monogram, your names and a date, a logo or a small drawing by the studio. Tell us your idea and the studio advises how it is best applied to the metal.
Which colours are there?
Three finishes: gold, rose and silver. Choose one above, or mention a mix in your idea.
Why is there no fixed price?
The price depends on the finish, the quantity and how the design is applied, so each order is quoted. No payment is taken when you ask.
Do you send outside the United Kingdom?
Yes, we deliver worldwide from London, with tracking by DHL, UPS or FedEx. Delivery is included; outside the UK any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the recipient.
